Storage
Store in a cool dry place. If stored in an airtight container, cookies can last up to 7 days. They can also be frozen.
Shipping
All orders are shipped on Mondays.
Orders placed BEFORE 5pm on Fridays, will be shipped on the Monday.
Orders placed AFTER 5pm on Fridays, will be shipped a week Monday.
All orders are sent using Royal Mail tracked 24 service.
Returns
We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us, however as our products are perishable and cannot be resold once returned, this will be done in exceptional circumstances.
Refunds may be processed if we receive the returned product within 7 days following the date of dispatch of the product to you; and as long as the returned product is unused, in its original unopened packaging with any labels still attached.
We will not refund to you the original delivery charges relating to the returned product. We will not refund to you any costs you incur in returning the product to us.
